NON WHOLESALE ORDERS
Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. For larger wholesale orders refer below, please get in touch with us for specific dates if needed. All cards are printed in Australia so they are never far away!

- Standard post - 3-7 business days from dispatch*
- Express post - 1-2 business days dependent on your location*

We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we can’t absolutely guarantee firm delivery dates or times. Delivery options are set out at checkout although such information is indicative only.
We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date or time, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery.
Please allow additional time for order processing and shipping during holiday seasons, sale periods, and new product launches.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
For wholesale orders shipping is not included in the cost of goods & no free shipping policies apply. On all orders freight will be charged at a flat rate of $15 standard post. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with tracking information. Please note that we are not liable for any shipping delays. Shipping fees are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Window- Please allow at least 3-10 business days from confirmed payment for your order to be shipped. Shipping time will depend on the destination and whether standard or express post was chosen. Larger orders may require more time to be shipped; please contact us for information about availability.
International Customs & Taxes
It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order if applicable.
Salty Melon Prints will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
