Refund policy

The following policy applies within 14 days of receipt of your order.

 

Refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged, product is faulty or if it was supplied incorrectly, you can choose to have the items replaced or refunded. We’ll also cover the cost of postage for new items (or refund original postage cost if you ordered online).

In this case, please contact us on hey@saltymelonprints.com.au before sending your order back so that we can approve the return.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
